Insulated panel assemblies, condensate and drainage, dedicated power and controls, and floor build-up detailed so the door still swings.
Back Kitchen
Hood and make-up air, grease waste, floor sinks, sanitary finishes, and equipment power and gas coordinated before the walls close.

Filed against the drawings, then walked one authority at a time: building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire and, where the use calls for it, health. Every one of them can stop a schedule on its own, none of them coordinate with each other, and none of them care what the lease says about rent commencement. Sequencing them is the job.
