Effective September 2026. These terms apply to text messages from LNB Construction.
The program
If you tick the optional SMS box on our bid request form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from LNB Construction at the number you gave us. Those messages cover project updates, scheduling and company news.
Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and not a condition of getting a bid, being quoted, or having us do work for you. If you do not tick the box we will still respond to your enquiry by phone and email.
How to opt in
By ticking the SMS consent box on the bid request form at https://lnbconstruction.net/contact and submitting it. We record the date and time of your consent and the exact wording shown to you when you gave it.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further marketing messages. You can also email info@lnbconstruction.net and ask to be removed.
Opting out of text messages does not stop us contacting you by phone or email about a project you asked us about.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on what is happening with your project.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier and are between you and them.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your handset.
Your number
Give us only a number you own or are authorised to use. If your number changes or is reassigned, tell us so we do not message somebody else.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your phone number for anyone else's marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies.
