Nothing here is an offer or a contract
Submitting the bid request form does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written construction contract signed by both parties. Where anything on this site conflicts with that contract, the contract governs.
Costs, timelines and other figures
Cost ranges, durations and square-foot figures on this site, including everything in the guides, are planning ranges for orientation only. They are not quotes, estimates or bids, and nothing on this site is priced for your project. A real number requires somebody to walk your space. Do not rely on any figure here for a budget, a lease negotiation or a loan application.
Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and current. Building codes, permitting timelines, jurisdictional requirements and market conditions change, and content here may be out of date. Descriptions of code and permitting are general and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed design professional or the authority having jurisdiction.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, lending or design advice. Information about leases, tenant improvement allowances, SBA loans and AIA billing is general description. Consult your own attorney, CPA, lender or architect about your situation.
