Privacy Policy

Effective September 2026. This policy explains what LNB Construction collects through https://lnbconstruction.net, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only.

Who we are

LNB Construction, 4228 Clay Business Dr, Katy, TX 77449. We are a commercial construction contractor. Our clients are businesses, and this site exists to let a business owner ask us for a bid.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the bid request form we collect the fields on it: your name, email address, phone number, where the space is, what you are building, and optionally its square footage, how it is funded, and anything else you tell us. We also record which consent boxes you ticked and when.

If you email us instead, we hold whatever the email contains.

Information collected automatically

We run first-party analytics on this site. It records pages viewed, the order and timing of those views, clicks, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, and device and browser type. It assigns a random visitor identifier and a session identifier stored in your browser. These are not linked to your name unless you submit the form, in which case the submission is associated with that session so we can see what you were reading before you got in touch.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your bid request, price your project and carry out the work
• To contact you about a project you asked us about
• To send text messages, only if you separately agreed to them
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to establish or defend legal claims

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

• Service providers. Our website and customer platform provider, which hosts this site and stores submissions on our behalf; our email provider; our analytics provider. They may process the information only to provide the service to us.
• Project participants. Where necessary to do the work: architects, engineers, subcontractors, your landlord, your lender, and permitting authorities.
• Financing partners. Only if you choose to apply. Following a financing link takes you to a third party with its own terms and privacy policy, and any application you make is between you and them.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights.

Text messages

Marketing text messages are sent only to people who ticked the optional SMS box, and consent to them is never a condition of doing business with us. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms.

How long we keep it

Bid requests and project records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, insurance, warranty and legal purposes. Analytics records are kept in aggregate. If you want your enquiry deleted and we are not required to keep it, ask us.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages
• Use your browser settings to clear or block the storage our analytics uses
• Ask us not to contact you again

Texas does not currently give residents a statutory right of access on the terms some other states do, but we will honour a reasonable request regardless of where you live. Email info@lnbconstruction.net.

Security

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored on our platform provider's systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
