What This Scope Covers
LNB delivered studio, reception and recovery on this project. Here is what each of those elements takes to build, whoever it is for, plus the one that is on every job whatever the scope says.
Studio
Sprung or rated flooring, sound isolation, mechanical sized for a room full of people working, and mirrors and equipment blocked into the framing.
Reception
The first ten feet of the brand: millwork, lighting, power and data at the desk, and a queue that does not block the entrance.
Recovery
Plumbing and drainage where the equipment lands, moisture-tolerant finishes, and ventilation sized for wet rooms.

Permits And Inspections
Filed against the drawings, then walked one authority at a time: building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire and, where the use calls for it, health. Every one of them can stop a schedule on its own, none of them coordinate with each other, and none of them care what the lease says about rent commencement. Sequencing them is the job.
