Sealed and sloped floors, drainage, ventilation sized for animals, sound separation, and washable surfaces to full height.

Hot and cold supply and drainage at every station, water-resistant construction, ventilation, and electrical clear of the wet zones.

Fixture layout and blocking behind the walls, track and accent lighting, POS rough-in, and a checkout that works with the door.
