How long does a typical home remodel take?

Most kitchen and bathroom remodels land between 8 and 14 weeks from demo to final walk. Whole-home renovations and additions usually run 4 to 6 months. Every project starts with a realistic schedule we build from your specific scope, not a generic estimate.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull every required building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permit through the Houston Permitting Center or the relevant municipal jurisdiction. Our PMs also schedule and attend every inspection so you never have to chase a paper trail.

What's your warranty on workmanship?

Every LNB project carries a ten-year workmanship warranty on labor, on top of the manufacturer warranties on materials we install.

Do you do design as well as build?

Yes. We have in-house designers and work with outside architects when your project needs a stamped structural engineer or specialty consultant. You can bring us drawings or start from a napkin sketch, either way, we deliver a permit-ready design package.

Can you work with my insurance after storm damage?

Absolutely. Our storm restoration team coordinates directly with your carrier and adjuster from the initial inspection through the final depreciation release. We document damage to Xactimate standards so your claim gets paid without friction.

What's the difference between licensed and unlicensed contractors?

A licensed contractor carries the insurance, bonding, and municipal registration needed to pull permits and stand behind the work. Unlicensed work almost always becomes a problem at resale, when the buyer's inspector flags unpermitted modifications. LNB is fully licensed, insured, and bonded in the state of Texas.

Will you cleanup the jobsite daily?

Yes, and it is one of the standards we are most proud of. Every crew runs a daily sweep, protects unaffected areas of the home with plastic and floor protection, and hauls debris off-site on a set schedule. You will never walk into a demo zone when we are not actively working.

Do you offer financing options?

We partner with two independent home-improvement lenders and can walk you through their application processes during the estimate phase. Financing is never required and we never add finance charges to our quotes, you are free to use cash, a HELOC, or any lender you prefer.
